Use GCALIGNMENT where appropriate.
* alloc.c (XMALLOC_HEADER_ALIGNMENT, roundup_size):
(union aligned_Lisp_Symbol, union aligned_Lisp_Misc):
(mark_maybe_pointer, pure_alloc): Change to use GCALIGNMENT.
